First Hawaiian Bank’s web reporting service, Trans-e-View, allows our merchants to research credit card transactions.  Trans-e-View provides the ability to search for transactions that were settled before 4:00 P.M. HST on the previous business day to 60 days prior to that date.

• Transactions may be viewed for the current month or the prior month. Within those months, transactions may be viewed by:
• Merchant ID
• Terminal ID
• Credit Card Type
• Transaction Type
• Batch

• These categories may be sorted further by:
• Transaction Date/Time
• Credit Card Type
• Reference Number
• Batch

Transaction searches can also be done by Date Range and for individual transactions.

Reports can be printed and/or downloaded to spreadsheet or data base programs.

Your information is fully secured; access requires a User ID and Password. Your designated Administrator will be assigned a User ID and Password. The Administrator in turn will be able to assign users with their User ID and Password and assign them levels of access.
