PARKER SCHOOL RECEIVES $10,000 GRANT
FROM FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK FOUNDATION

(Honolulu, Hawaii, July 16, 2008) -Parker School has been given a grant of $10,000 by The First Hawaiian Bank Foundation, the charitable arm of First Hawaiian Bank, according to an announcement by Don Horner, First Hawaiian Bank's president and chief executive officer. The grant will be used to assist Parker School with the construction of a new lower school building to accommodate grades K thru 6.

Parker School is a small, independent, co-educational day school located in Waimea on the Big Island. The school provides a college-preparatory program, emphasizing personal and educational excellence for students in grades K thru 12. For more information visit www.parkerschool.net.
