Nora I. Forsythe to vice president, Transaction Management-Loss Prevention and Recovery Department. Forsythe joined First Hawaiian in 1982 as an EDP adjustment supervisor, was promoted to data processing officer in 1984 and assistant vice president in 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii.

Paulette L. Franklin to vice president and business credit officer, Retail Loan Administration Division. Franklin joined First Hawaiian in 1976 as a teller and became a management trainee in 1981. She was appointed loan representative in 1982, promoted to assistant branch manager in 1987 and assistant vice president in 1996. Franklin is a graduate of Roosevelt High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii.

Morris D. Rabinko to vice president and corporate banking officer, Corporate Hawaii Division. Rabinko joined First Hawaiian in 2002 as an assistant vice president and corporate banking officer. He earned a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York, an MA from State University of New York and an MBA from Columbia University.

Cari N. Galasinao to assistant vice president, First Investment Center. Galasinao joined First Hawaiian in 1996 as a financial analyst. She was promoted to financial analyst officer in 2002. She is a graduate of Moanalua High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University.

Patrick B. Oliva to assistant vice president and team leader, Maite Banking Center. Oliva joined First Hawaiian in 2002 as assistant vice president and business banking officer. He is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School.

Craig M. Takahashi to assistant vice president and personal banking officer, University Branch. Takahashi joined First Hawaiian in 1983 as a management trainee. He has held positions as loan representative, assistant branch manager and personal banking officer. He is a member of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce and is chairman, board of managers for the Kaimuki/Waialae YMCA.

Ruth C. Fernandez to service manager, Kona Branch. Fernandez joined First Hawaiian in 1973 as a teller. She has held positions as note teller, note clerk and service supervisor. Fernandez is a member of the Lions Club of Kona, committee member of the Boy Scouts of America and secretary of the Kona Adult Day Care Center. She is a graduate of Hilo High School.

Stacey K. Pang-Kee to service manager, Kaneohe Branch. Pang-Kee joined First Hawaiian in 1986 as a teller. She has held positions as teller trainer, head teller, assistant supervisor and service manager. She is a graduate of Castle High School.
First Hawaiian Bank also announced the officer appointment of Carmela M. Boteilho to personal banking officer, Kamuela Branch. Boteilho joined First Hawaiian in 1988 as a teller. She has held positions as note clerk, loan representative, customer service representative and personal banker. Boteilho graduated from Honokaa High School and earned an associate’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
