First Hawaiian Bank Announces Officer Promotion
(Honolulu, Hawaii, July 25, 2005) – Vice President Joy P. Cabildo has been named manager of First Hawaiian Bank’s Residential Real Estate Division, President and Chief Executive Officer Donald G. Horner announced. She replaces Vernon T. Omori, who will retire August 1.
Cabildo joined the company in 1993 as a branch manager of First Hawaiian Creditcorp and has extensive experience in the bank’s Asset Lending Department and Residential Real Estate Loans Department. She was promoted to assistant vice president in 1997 and vice president in 2003.
Cabildo is a graduate of Farrington High School and earned a bachelor’s degree form the University of Hawaii.
First Hawaiian Bank ($10.8 billion) was founded in 1858 and is Hawaii’s oldest bank and the state’s largest in terms of total assets and deposits. First Hawaiian has 56 branches in Hawaii, three on Guam and two on Saipan.
