Howard P. Bradford to vice president and sales manager, First Investment Center. Bradford joined First Hawaiian in 2000 as an investment specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.

Raymond W. Phillips to vice president and portfolio manager, Trust Investment Department. Phillips joins First Hawaiian from Bank of Hawaii where he was portfolio manager/securities analyst. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Christina S. Kipilii to transaction management officer, TM – Draft Processing. Kipilii joined First Hawaiian in 2001 as remittance processing manager. She is a graduate of Maui High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Leonard C. Ramirez to transaction management officer, TM-Bulk Mail. Ramirez joined First Hawaiian in 1981 as bulk mail operator, was promoted to bulk mail supervisor in 1990 and TM mail services supervisor in 2002. He is a graduate of Farrington High School.

Reid K. Takamoto to investment officer, Financial Management Department. Takamoto joined First Hawaiian in 2003 as an investment specialist. He is a graduate of Mililani High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii.

Benjamin K. Waiolama to quantitative analyst, Bishop Street Capital Management. Waiolama joins First Hawaiian Bank from CIC/HCM Asset Management, Inc. He is a graduate of Konawaena High School.
