How can I check the status of my online application?
Call 643-5626, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST. (Guam and CNMI residents call 1-800-403-7167.)
How long will it take to get a response on my application?
You will receive a response to your application within 48 hours.
I am not a resident of Hawaii, Guam or CNMI. Can I still apply for a First Hawaiian account online?
We currently only accept online applications from residents of Hawaii, Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
If you reside in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico or Nevada, please visit our affiliate Bank of the West at www.bankofthewest.com to submit an online application for a credit card or loan (applications accepted from selected counties only).
