Entitlements

Q: What are Entitlements?
A:
FHB Online Business Banking Entitlements allow primary business users the capability to create sub-users and grant No Access, View Only Access or Full Access to select bank accounts per user. Depending on the type of access granted, sub-users will be able to view account transaction details, make internal transfers (“Full Access” required), process payments that have been setup in Bill Pay (“Full Access” required), and access mobile banking (if access is granted). Sub-users are not able to access External Transfers, Popmoney, eStatements, Mobile Deposits or Alexa Voice Banking at this time. For more details visit fhb.com/entitlements.

Q: How can I enable the capability to add sub-users using Entitlements?
A:
You must be a business customer enrolled in FHB Online Business Banking to utilize the Entitlements capability. To enable the service, login to FHB Online and click on the envelope icon in the top right corner. Send a Secured Message requesting that the service be enabled for your online banking account.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of sub-users an online business account can have?
A:
Two sub-users are included with FHB Online Business Banking and it is $1/month per additional sub-user after the first 2. There is no limit to the number of sub-users. However, if your business has a need for many sub-users our Online Business Center (OBC) may be a more fitting solution to consider.
