  • Increased Available Transaction History - Transaction history available through the mobile app increased from 30 days to 90 days. For more than 90 days of history, please use a Web browser to access FHB Online.
  • Future-dated Internal Transfers - Schedule transfers between your FHB accounts, up to 1 year in advance.

  • Android Fingerprint Authentication - This update will add support for fingerprint login on supported Android devices. The app will continue ot support TouchID for iPhone

    The FHB Mobile app will support FaceID for iPhone X devices. In-app references will still say TouchID, but the same instructions can be used to enable facial recognition authentication.

    • Bill Capture - Pay bills or add payees by snapping a photo of your paper bill
    • To Do List - Notifications of upcoming and recent eBills and Bill Captures due

    • Add Payees - Add new payees via mobile
  • External Transfers
    • Add external accounts
    • Schedule one-time and recurring external transfers through the app

  • Accounts Page Enhancements - Enhancements to the mobile app Accounts page will allow you to set your primary accounts and manage the order in which your accounts appear.
    • After logging in, you will see a redesigned Accounts page that highlights your top 5 accounts. If you have more than 5 accounts, there will be a link to "Show all my accounts."
    • When viewing the All Accounts page, you will be able to choose the accounts that you want to appear as your primary 5. You will also be able to manage the order in which your accounts display in the full list.

  • Mobile Optimized Site - This update allows you to view a mobile optimized version of FHB Online from a mobile phone or tablet Web browser. Mobile app specific features such as Instant Balance, TouchID and Mobile Deposit are not available from a Web browser and will continue to be accessible through the FHB Mobile app.

  • Password Resets - Forgot your password? You can now use the FHB Mobile app to reset your password. From the login screen, select the “Forgotten Password" link. You will be prompted with security questions to verify your identity. Note: For forgotten usernames, contact Digital Banking Support at 643-4343 (888-643-4343 from the continental U.S., Guam and CNMI).
  • Password Changes - You can now use the FHB Mobile app to change your password. Once you are logged into the app, simply click “More” then “Change Password” to enter the password management screen. You will be prompted to answer a security question and verify your existing password to make an update.
  • Mobile App Enrollment - Users not signed up for FHB Online can now register directly through the FHB Mobile app. Simply download and install the app from your device app store and select the “Enroll Now” link from the login screen. You will need your social security number, checking account number and PIN information (customers with ONLY a credit card account may enroll using their credit card number, social security number and PIN). Usernames must be between 6 and 32 characters, spaces are not allowed. Passwords must be between 8 and 32 characters, and include one upper and lower case letter and one number. Some special characters are allowed: ~!?@$%^*-_+|.

  • Travel Notices - You can now send us travel notices for your FHB debit and credt cards through FHB Online. In Secure Messaging, select the "Travel Notices" subject with information about your travel plans in the body of the message.
