Thank you for your interest in enrolling for FHB Online

This form is intended for personal customers who are not able to enroll online. If you have an FHB personal checking account or only have a credit card account, and you have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a social security number, click here to enroll.

If you do not have the above, here are the steps you'll need to complete:

  1. Complete the enrollment form.
  2. Click "Next" to review your information.
  3. Print and sign the enrollment form.
  4. Mail to:

And what happens next:

  1. Once your enrollment form is processed you will be mailed a username and password to your address on file.
Please provide the address that your statements are mailed to.

Your username is used each time you log in and must be unique for each customer. Please provide three preferred usernames below. If we are unable to use any of your username choices, we will provide one for you. Your username must be between 6 and 20 characters, starting with a letter and comprised of only letters and numbers. No spaces, special characters, or punctuation allowed.

FHB Online without Bill Payment is free, and allows you to view account balances and transactions (for certain accounts) and transfer funds between your First Hawaiian Accounts.

FHB Online with Bill Payment is free for the first 2 months. After the free period, Bill Payment is $5.99 per month. Please note, you MUST have a checking account for the Bill Payment service. To sign up for Bill Payment, log in to FHB Online and click on the Pay Bills link.

    1. Debt Cancellation Disclosure: Your purchase of a First Hawaiian Bank Debt Cancellation Plan (the “Plan”) is optional and whether or not you purchase the Plan will have no effect on your application for credit, the terms of your loan, or any other credit arrangement you have with us.  If approved, you will receive a copy of the Plan contract that will contain additional information about the Plan before you are required to start paying for the Plan. There are eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions that could prevent you from receiving benefits under the Plan. You should carefully read the Plan contract for a full explanation of the Plan terms.
