    Disclosures

    1. Minimum opening deposit of $100 required. Account closing fee of $75 will apply if a Business Priority Banking Checking Account is closed or converted to a corresponding checking account (not a Priority Banking Checking Account) within 180 days of opening and a $50 fee will apply for all other business checking accounts closed within 180 days of opening. Refer to the Important Terms and Conditions and Schedule of Charges for Business Deposit Accounts provided at account opening for other fees that may be assessed.
    2. Funds must be deposited within 5 days from account opening and must remain in the account for 90 days, if not, the statement credit will be debited. Funds must be drawn from another financial institution. Deposit required through (1) a check; (2) a wire transfer; or (3) an external transfer. The statement credit will be issued the month following meeting the criteria and will be reported as taxable income.
