• Big Island: Pahoa, Waikoloa
• Maui: Kahana, Lahaina
• Oahu: Aina Haina, Haleiwa, Hawaii Kai, Kahala, Kalihi, Kaneohe, Kaneohe Bay, Mililani, Wahiawa
• Kauai: Waimea and Princeville
