    Disclosures

    1. Offers are available to new FHB Merchant Services customers who submit a completed application for a new FHB Merchant Services account on or after August 29, 2025. To be eligible for the new hardware bonus, merchant must have a minimum processing volume of:
       
      • $50,000 during the first twelve (12) months of the processing agreement for $125 credit, OR
      • $100,000 during the first twelve (12) months of the processing agreement for $220 credit, OR
      • $200,000 during the first twelve (12) months of the processing agreement for $400 credit, OR
      • $300,000 during the first twelve (12) months of the processing agreement for $600 credit, OR
      • $400,000 during the first twelve (12) months of the processing agreement for $800 credit.
    2. Offer is valid for a one-time credit applied toward the purchase of the terminal. The value of the credit in the offer will be charged if the merchant has not activated the hardware within 120 calendar days following credit approval AND has not achieved the annual minimum processing volume during the first twelve (12) months of their merchant processing agreement. Merchants acquiring multiple device types will receive the offer for the device with the highest value. Only one credit per eligible business tax ID. Offer valid on only new merchant accounts established with FHB and the credit cannot be combined with any other offer.
    3. All Merchant Services accounts are subject to credit approval, minimum, and additional terms and conditions in the Merchant Processing Agreement apply. Our standard minimum monthly processing fee is $30. Eligibility is at the sole discretion of First Hawaiian Bank. Offers are subject to change or end without prior notice.
