Enhancing Your Mortgage Servicing Experience
Check this site for updates as we implement our new mortgage servicing partnership.
Scheduled Mortgage Platform Maintenance
Mortgage updates and payments/transfers are currently unavailable due to a platform upgrade. Balances may not reflect recent activity during this period, and automatic payments will be processed after maintenance is completed.
If you are enrolled in the Automatic Payment Program, your July 2026 payment will be withdrawn on July 10, 2026. After July, payments will resume on your regular scheduled monthly payment date.
No late fees will be assessed as long as payments are made within the normal grace period. Features will be restored once maintenance has concluded.
Thank you for your patience.
Scheduled Downtime: July 1, 2026 to July 7, 2026 HST (July 2, 2026 to July 8, 2026 ChST)
What you Need to Know
First Hawaiian Bank is partnering with a leading mortgage servicing company to enhance the day-to-day management of your mortgage loan.
This partnership is designed to improve your experience by offering expanded digital tools and additional self-service options while continuing to provide the personalized service you expect from First Hawaiian Bank.
Your Loan is Not Changing
First Hawaiian Bank is not selling your loan. Your loan terms, interest rate, and payment schedule remain the same. First Hawaiian Bank will continue to be your lender. This change applies only to mortgage servicing support.
As part of this transition, you can expect:
- Continued personalized support backed by a dedicated mortgage service team.
- An enhanced digital experience with more self-service features through online and mobile access.
- Flexible and familiar payment options, including FHB branch payments, autopay, online, and mail-in payments.
- Expanded access to loan information, including escrow details and payment history.
To help ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted communication, please review and update your contact information.
You can update your information by:
- Logging into FHB Online® & Mobile Banking and Navigate to Settings → Profile and update your contact information there.
- Visiting any First Hawaiian Bank branch.
Autopay can help streamline the transition and ensure timely payments. If you’re interested, click here to download the form. You can mail the completed form to PO Box 1959, Honolulu, HI 96805-1959 or return it to any First Hawaiian Bank branch. If you’re currently enrolled in autopay, we’ll send you further instructions if any updates are needed. Payment options are being updated as part of this transition. Any mortgage payments scheduled through FHB Online that are set to process after June 26, 2026 will be automatically cancelled. Please review and reschedule these payments after the transition if needed. For details on how each payment method is affected, please review the Mortgage Payment Chart.
As the transition date approaches, we’ll continue to communicate with you and provide:
- Key dates, information about the mortgage service provider, and important reminders
- Wednesday, July 1, 2026: Scheduled mortgage maintenance period begins. Mortgage payment processing will be delayed, but any payments received during this time will be posted effective Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Mortgage account information will not be available or updated in FHB Online or the FHB Mobile app.
- Tuesday, July 7, 2026: Mortgage services are expected to be restored and access to the new FHB Online Mortgage Portal will be available within FHB Online and FHB Mobile app. For details on how each payment method is affected, please review the Mortgage Payment Chart.
