Scheduled Mortgage Platform Maintenance

Mortgage updates and payments/transfers are currently unavailable due to a platform upgrade. Balances may not reflect recent activity during this period, and automatic payments will be processed after maintenance is completed.

If you are enrolled in the Automatic Payment Program, your July 2026 payment will be withdrawn on July 10, 2026. After July, payments will resume on your regular scheduled monthly payment date.

No late fees will be assessed as long as payments are made within the normal grace period. Features will be restored once maintenance has concluded.
Thank you for your patience.

Scheduled Downtime: July 1, 2026 to July 7, 2026 HST (July 2, 2026 to July 8, 2026 ChST)

Protecting your information remains a top priority. Any servicing partner we work with is required to meet First Hawaiian Bank’s strict standards for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

We will never ask for sensitive information through unsolicited emails or calls.
