Joely A. A. Chung, Senior Vice President and Enterprise Operational Risk Division Manager, Enterprise Operational Risk Division. Joely A.A. Chung has been promoted to senior vice president and enterprise operational risk division manager of First Hawaiian Bank’s Enterprise Operational Risk Division. She is responsible for leading, planning, developing, implementing, and enhancing activities, programs and framework associated with mitigating risk at the enterprise-level. She also is in charge of overseeing second line of defense areas for enterprise operational risks, including the First Hawaiian Bank’s Operational Incident Program and Fraud Program. Chung is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University, and her JD from California Western School of Law. She has been a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association since 2001 and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP). Raised in Honolulu, Chung currently resides in Mililani.
Erica Keeley, Vice President and Trust Officer, Personal Trust Division. Erica Keeley has been promoted to vice president and trust officer of First Hawaiian Bank’s Personal Trust Division. She is responsible for fiduciary administration of trusts and probate accounts. Keeley has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, including international client banking, business banking, and trust administration. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Hawaii Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Hawaii Tax Institute Advisory Committee. She currently resides in Honolulu.
TJ Combs, Vice President and Retail Planning Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Retail Planning Department. TJ Combs has been promoted to vice president and retail planning senior business intelligence analyst of First Hawaiian Bank’s Retail Planning Department. He is responsible for leading the automation of retail scorecards to track branch goal performance and leveraging data and programming to automate internal processes. He also will serve as the retail banking liaison for the centralized Enterprise Data and Analytics team. He has seven years of experience working with banking and data. Combs earned his Bachelor of Arts and PhD in Mathematics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Born and raised in Honolulu, he currently resides in Honolulu.
Shayce Nakamura, Branch Manager, Kealakekua Branch. Shayce Nakamura has been promoted to branch manager of the Kealakekua branch on Hawaii Island. He is responsible for the sales/service activities, marketing plan, operating budget, profitability and operational integrity of the branch, providing overall leadership for the branch. Nakamura earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Graphic Design from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is a member of the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hawaii Yan Kyari (Young Professionals). Raised on Oahu, Nakamura currently resides in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Island.
