Priority Banking Gold

^*Open a new or upgrade to a Priority Banking Gold Checking Account (“Checking Account”) from September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, to qualify for the offer. A new direct deposit is a direct deposit amount that has not been previously established with the bank. The newly established direct deposit(s) must post to your Checking Account within 60 days from the account opening or upgrade date. A direct deposit is defined as certain recurring electronic deposits through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Network such as payroll, pension, or social security benefits. Peer to Peer transfers (i.e. Venmo or PayPal), tax refunds, wire transfers, etc. are examples of non-qualifying direct deposits. First Hawaiian Bank has the sole discretion to determine a qualifying direct deposit for this promotion. A one-time statement credit will be completed the month following meeting the criteria and may be reported as taxable income. Checking Account must be open and not overdrawn to receive the statement credit. The offer is limited to one per customer and account.

1. Personal Priority Banking discounts and benefits cannot be combined with another promotional offer, program, or discount unless stated otherwise. 
2. When you make a cash withdrawal at a non-FHB ATM you may be charged a fee by us. Receive one fee rebate per statement cycle for cash withdrawal(s) at a domestic or international network ATM. The rebate will be issued as a statement credit to your open Priority Banking Gold Checking Account in the same statement cycle that the fee was assessed.   
3. When you use an ATM not owned by First Hawaiian Bank to make a withdrawal, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used (“Surcharge Fee”). Receive up to a $4 rebate per statement cycle for ATM Surcharge Fee(s) charged by an ATM operator. The rebate will be issued as a statement credit to your open Priority Banking Gold Checking Account in the same statement cycle that the fees were assessed.   
4. One Overdraft (“OD”) or Non-Sufficient Funds Return Item (“NSF”) fee rebate annually. Rebate will be issued as a statement credit to your open Priority Banking Gold Checking Account by the end of January of the following year. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined for point-of-sale transactions or returned unpaid for transactions posting to your account. If we do authorize and pay an overdraft, overdraft fees will apply and you must repay the overdraft promptly along with any applicable fees. A Non-Sufficient Funds (“NSF”) Return Item Fee of $32 applies per each item returned (applies to checks and certain electronic funds transfers, such as ACH). An Overdraft Fee of $32 applies per each item paid (applies to everyday debit card transactions if enrolled in DebitPlus^SM, checks, certain electronic funds transfers, such as ACH, and recurring debit card transactions). 
5. To receive the benefit you must be a Priority Banking Gold Checking Account customer at the time of order. The benefit applies to your Priority Banking Gold Checking Account only. 
6. For additional information about FHB Online and Mobile Banking, including fees associated with optional services, please see Terms & Conditions of FHB Online. You must have a mobile device with Internet to use FHB Mobile Banking, and an auto-focus rear facing camera to use mobile deposit. Online Bill Pay fee waiver will automatically be applied each month as long as you have a Priority Banking account as of the last business day of the preceding month. Personal customers enrolling for Online Bill Pay must be 18 years or older. 
7. Subject to credit approval and loan funding. The discount applies to new Residential First Mortgage loan applications (including refinances). Applications submitted through a third-party mortgage loan origination company are not eligible. To receive this discount, you must be enrolled as a Priority Banking Gold Checking Account customer as of the date of your initial loan application, which is the date when we have received all of the following information: (1) each applicant's name; (2) each applicant's income; (3) each applicant's social security number (if applicable); (4) the subject property address; (5) an estimate of the value of the subject property and (6) the loan amount requested. The new Residential First Mortgage loan must qualify as an Associated Account. The discount cannot be combined with another promotional offer, program, or discount unless stated otherwise.
8. To receive the discount you must be a Priority Banking Gold Checking Account customer at the time of rental or at the time of each annual renewal. The annual rent must be prepaid and automatically deducted from a First Hawaiian Bank account. Subject to box availability. Limit of one safe deposit box ("SDB") per Priority Banking Checking Account. You must be an owner of the SDB. The SDB contents are not insured by First Hawaiian Bank, the FDIC, or any other government agency. For existing SDB customers, the discount will not be prorated and will apply upon the next billing.
9. You must be at least 14 years of age to open a checking account. For customers under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of account opening. Accounts with a zero balance for 30 consecutive days will be closed automatically. Account Closing Fee of $75 will apply if a Personal Priority Banking Checking Account is closed or converted to a corresponding checking account (not a Priority Banking Checking Account) within 180 days of opening.
10. Your combined balance for your Priority Banking Plan is calculated by adding the balance of your Priority Banking Account and qualifying balances from all Associated Accounts. An Associated Account is an account that is eligible to be associated with your Priority Banking Account.  Eligible types of accounts that you own in your individual capacity or as the trustee of your own revocable living trust will be automatically classified as an Associated Account.  Please see the Personal Priority Banking Plan Addendum (the “Addendum”) for additional details about Associated Accounts and how your combined balance is calculated.
