First Hawaiian Bank Announces Six Promotions

Honolulu, February 8, 2024 - First Hawaiian Bank Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Harrison announced the advancement of six individuals.

Bill Weeshoff, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. Bill Weeshoff has been promoted to executive vice president, chief marketing officer. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of First Hawaiian Bank’s marketing strategy with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention. The role includes the oversight of the bank’s brand strategies, advertising, corporate communications, public relations, performance marketing, digital and social communications, programs, partnerships, events, and content creation. Weeshoff leads a high-performing marketing team and provides strategic guidance with key stakeholders within the organization to align marketing initiatives with the bank’s business objectives and priorities. He has more than 20 years of marketing experience. Weeshoff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Mass Media from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is currently a board member of Aloha United Way and serves on the marketing committee for Child & Family Service. Raised in Corona del Mar, CA, he currently resides in Hawaii Kai.

Michael A. Tottori, Executive Vice President & Manager, Wealth Advisory Division. Michael A. Tottori has been promoted to executive vice president & manager of First Hawaiian Bank’s Wealth Advisory Division. He is responsible for managing the Wealth Advisory Division consisting of a team of 60 front line, operations and compliance officers to become the premier driver of client financial wellness in Hawaii. He has over 25 years of banking experience. Tottori has been a board member of Hawaii Meals on Wheels since 2016, and served as the President of the Board in 2022 and 2023, currently serving as the chair of its Investment Committee. He is also a current Board Member of Aloha Harvest. Tottori has been a member of the Financial Planning Association of Hawaii since 2006. Tottori is a graduate of Whitman College, and earned his MBA from the University of Hawaii. He currently resides in Manoa.

Mark R. Troske, Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Technology Management Division. Mark R. Troske has been promoted to executive vice president & chief technology officer of First Hawaiian Bank’s Enterprise Technology Management Division. He will lead the newly consolidated enterprise technology and cybersecurity divisions, and be responsible for the bank’s technology and cybersecurity strategy, management, operations, and delivery. He has nearly 30 years of experience working in technology. Troske earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government & International Relations as well as Computer Applications & Programming from the University of Notre Dame. A native of Turton, SD, Troske currently resides in Kailua.

Tricia K. Fujikawa Lee, Senior Vice President, Division Manager & Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Compliance Division. Tricia K. Fujikawa Lee has been promoted to senior vice president and division manager & chief compliance officer of First Hawaiian Bank’s Corporate Compliance Division. She will be responsible for overseeing and managing the bank’s Compliance Management Program and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She has 15 years of banking experience in compliance. Fujikawa Lee is currently a member of the Hawaii Bankers Association, and was admitted to the American Bar Association as well as the Hawaii State Bar Association in 2006. She also is an advisory board member for Teach for America Hawaii, board member of Hawaii Homeownership Center Mortgage, and board member of Moanalua High School’s Athletic Booster Club. A graduate of Moanalua High School, Fujikawa Lee earned her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and her JD from the William S. Richardson School of Law, UH Manoa. She currently resides in Moanalua.

Ross G. Fujii, Senior Vice President, Chief BSA Officer & Division Manager of Bank Secrecy Act Division. Ross G. Fujii has been promoted to senior vice president, chief bank secrecy act officer & division manager of First Hawaiian Bank’s Bank Secrecy Act Division. He is responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program designed to ensure a high level of compliance with BSA/AML-related laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures and Federal regulatory expectations. Fujii has nearly 20 years of banking experience. He is a graduate of the University of Portland and Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. A native of Hilo, Hawaii Island, Fujii currently resides in Kaneohe.

Jeffrey K. Inouye, President, First Hawaiian Leasing, Inc. Jeffrey K. Inouye has been promoted to president of First Hawaiian Leasing where he is responsible for leading a team of specialists to offer equipment financing solutions for business clients. Inouye has three decades of experience in the banking industry and joined First Hawaiian Bank in 1994. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and currently resides in Aiea.
