FHB currently accepts online applications from residents of Hawaii, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (“CNMI”). If, however, you (1) reside therein but are not a U.S. Citizen, (2) are a US citizen but are not a resident of Hawaii, Guam, or CNMI, or (3) do not have a United States issued ID or Driver’s license, we are unable to complete your application for a new deposit account online. Please provide us with your contact information and someone will contact you to provide additional information and discuss your options.
