Here's what you'll need to enroll online:
Enrolling via checking account:
- Your First Hawaiian Bank Checking account number
- Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for ATMCard, CheckCard, FHB Credit Card or YesLine
- Your Social Security Number
Enrolling via credit card:
- Your First Hawaiian Bank Credit Card account number
- Security Code (the 3 digit code found on the back of your card)
- Expiration Date
- Zip Code
- Credit Limit
- Your Social Security Number
You will also need a secure browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which you can download at one of the following sites:
After the initial registration, you will no longer need to enter your checking account number, PIN and social security number - only your User Name and Password which you will select when you enroll.
When you enroll online, you'll be able to immediately access your account balances, transfer funds and pay bills. Your transaction history will appear within two business days.

For security reasons, if you are a current First Hawaiian Bank customer without all of the required items listed above to enroll online, and/or you want to enroll a business, you will need to fill out, print and send in an enrollment form.

Please note: While you can view your account via FHB Online, you will need to have either a First Hawaiian Bank checking or savings account in order to pay your credit card bill through this service. Learn more about our variety of checking and savings accounts or open an account today.
How do I enroll in FHB Online for Business?
To enroll in FHB Online for Business, you must fill out, print and send in the business enrollment form or drop it off at any conveniently located branch.
If you do not have a checking account or credit card, you must enroll by mailing in the enrollment form. We will mail you your Username and Password. Once you receive them you can log in and start using the service.
How do I log in to FHB Online?
To log in, visit www.fhb.com and enter the User Name you selected at the time you enrolled. If you mailed in your enrollment form, enter the User Name that was mailed to you from the bank. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to set up your security image, questions and answers as part of the added security of the site. For subsequent logins, if you are logging in from a computer we don't recognize, we will ask you to answer one of your three security questions to verify your identity before allowing online access. You will then be asked to enter your Password to complete the login process.
When is Online Banking available?
In general, Online Banking is available day or night, 7 days a week. The system may not be available between 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 4:00 a.m. on Sundays Hawaii Standard Time for routine maintenance. There also may be brief periods of unscheduled maintenance.
How much does Online Banking through the Internet cost for consumers?
You can view account balances and information, see images of cleared checks or deposit slips, transfer funds between FHB accounts, send secured messages to the bank, and set up alerts to notify you when certain account activity occurs all FREE of a monthly service charge when you access Online Banking through the Internet. If you access Online Banking through Quicken or QuickBooks, there is a $9.95 monthly fee (which includes Online Payment).
The optional Online Payment service is available free for Secure Checking or Priority Banking Level 1, 2 and 3 customers, and $5.99 per month for Totally Free Checking customers . All new FHB Online customers will receive this service free for the first two months.
How much does Online Banking through the Internet cost for small businesses?
Businesses can view account balances and information, see images of cleared checks or deposit slips, transfer funds between FHB business accounts, send secured messages to the bank, and set up alerts to notify you when certain account activity occurs for FREE if you are a Priority 1, 2, or 3 customer accessing Online Banking through the Internet. Otherwise, it is $9.99 per month when accessing Online Banking through the Internet or $19.95 per month for businesses accessing Online Banking through Quicken or QuickBooks.
