If you have FHB Online Banking, please log in to FHB Online and click on the "Messages" link to send a Secured Message and provide the below information to request a change of address. If you do not have FHB Online, please complete the Change of Address Form and bring or mail to any First Hawaiian Bank Branch.
Using FHB Online[[®]], you can access your First Hawaiian Bank checking, savings, CD, credit card, mortgage and line of credit account information. You can also transfer funds and receive and pay bills online.

The FHB Mobile app offers facial or fingerprint authentication on supported iPhone®, iPad® and AndroidTM devices. All registered fingerprints and face IDs on the mobile device will be able to login.

You can view up to 36 months of past transactions online and 7 years of eStatements, from 2022 onward, on your accounts.
The amount of account activity information may vary when accessing the information via Quicken/QuickBooks.
The current balance is the total amount of funds in your account. The available balance is your current balance less any outstanding holds or debits that have not yet posted to your account.
Once logged into FHB Online, go to "Settings" then select "Profile". There you can update your email address and phone number.
If you would like to change the address on any of your accounts, please send a secure message in FHB Online by selecting “Messages". Select "Change of Address" from the subject line drop down menu, then include your new address and each bank account that should be updated with the new address.
