* Funds must be deposited within 5 days from account opening and must remain in the account for 90 days. If not, the statement credit will be debited. Funds must be drawn from another financial institution. Deposit required through (1) a check; (2) a wire transfer; or (3) an external transfer. The statement credit will be issued the month following meeting the criteria and will be reported as taxable income. One statement credit per business and checking account. First Hawaiian Bank has the sole discretion to determine eligibility for this promotion.

Accounts with a zero balance for 30 consecutive days will be closed automatically. Account Closing Fee of $50 will apply if the account is closed within 180 days of opening.
