The FHB Mobile app[[#1]] and FHB Online[[#2]] has been upgraded to bring you a new, seamless online banking experience whether you access your accounts on your desktop, mobile phone or tablet. You'll still have the features you're accustomed to, along with new features that will let you bank online with ease across all versions of the service.

Key Information About the Upgrade

  • Your current Username and Password will NOT change.
  • You will need to update to the new version of the FHB Mobile app after the upgrade.

This upgrade makes it easier for us to bring you new and improved digital banking features, on both desktop and mobile, so you can enjoy a more seamless experience wherever you bank.

Updated Financial Tools

Use the new My Money[[#6]] widget (formerly "Manage Your Finances") to keep track of your accounts. Linked accounts and configured budgets will carry over from the previous service, and you will now be able to see merchant names and icons for transactions (if applicable). Categories will also display to help sort your spending.

New Cash Flow and Debt Tools Coming to Mobile
You will be able to better understand historical spending and view all your outstanding debt in the app.

Discontinued Features
The Goals feature (Desktop), and Insights feature (Mobile), previously available with Manage your Finances, will no longer be available in My Money.

    The update has launched and is available now. Please update your mobile app now to continue banking without interruption.

      These updates to the FHB Mobile app and FHB Online were made to give users a better overall experience. By improving both platforms, we’ve added helpful new features and created a more unified design. This also makes it easier for us to roll out future updates more quickly and with better quality.

        We carried over as many features as possible. Some services had low usage from our users so they were removed. Let us know if there’s a feature you miss so we can share that with our team.

          You won’t need to download a whole new app, but you may need to update the one you already have. some phones do this automatically, but others require a manual update from the app store.

            Disclosures

            1. You must have a mobile device with Internet to use FHB Mobile Banking and an auto-focus, rear-facing camera for mobile deposit. 
            2. Basic online banking services including, account aggregation (connecting non-FHB accounts), transfers, mobile check deposit, eStatements, Zelle® and Direct Connect are free for personal customers. Additional fees are charged for optional services such as Online Bill Pay. See FHB Online Terms and Conditions for additional information about FHB Online services, restrictions and fees.
            3. When you enroll in eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements.  If you choose to receive both paper and eStatements, a fee of $5 will be imposed each month per checking and/or savings account.
            4. Personal and FHB Online Business Basic customers enrolling for Online Bill Pay may incur additional fees. Online Bill Pay is included with FHB Online Business Banking. See Terms and Conditions of FHB Online Services for details. To unenroll from the Bill Pay service, log in to your FHB Online account and go to Settings then select "Unenroll from Bill Pay".
            5. Enroll in either FHB Online Business Basic or FHB Online Business Banking. FHB Online Business Basic, includes basic online banking features, such as eStatements, transfers and mobile check deposit and is free to business customers. FHB Online Business Banking includes basic features as well as Online Bill Pay, Zelle® and Entitlements. FHB Online Business Banking is free for Business Priority Banking customers and is $5.99 per month for all other business customers. Fee waivers are applied on the first business day of the month. For Priority Banking fee waivers, you must have had an open Priority Banking checking account as of the last business day of the preceding month.             6. To view accounts from another financial institution, you must have online access set up at that institution.
