- Business Priority Banking discounts and benefits cannot be combined with another promotional offer, program, or discount unless stated otherwise.
- Accounts with a zero balance for 30 consecutive days will be closed automatically. Account Closing Fee of $75 will apply if a Business Priority Banking Checking Account is closed or converted to a corresponding checking account (not a Business Priority Banking Checking Account) within 180 days of opening.
- Your combined balance for your Business Priority Banking Plan is calculated by adding the balance of your Business Priority Banking Account and qualifying balances from all Associated Accounts. An Associated Account is an account that is eligible to be associated with your Business Priority Banking Account. Eligible types of accounts that you own directly (i.e., not through a subsidiary, affiliate, or other related entity) will be automatically classified as an Associated Account. Please see the Business Priority Banking Plan Addendum (the “Addendum”) for additional details about Associated Accounts and how your combined balance is calculated.
- A per item fee is charged for each check written and deposit ticket submitted.
- FHB Online Business Banking includes basic online and mobile banking services plus Online Bill Pay, Popmoney and Small Business Entitlements. FHB Online Business Banking is free for Business Priority Banking Gold and Platinum customers and $5.99 for all other customers. Entitlements includes up to 2 sub-users and is an additional $1/month per sub-user after the first two. For Priority Banking fee waivers, you must have had an open Priority Banking checking account as of the last business day of the preceding month. For businesses using Direct Connect to access online banking through Quicken or QuickBooks, there is a fee of $14.95 per month (fee is inclusive of the FHB Online Business Banking service fee. - To receive the benefit you must be a Business Priority Banking Gold Checking Account customer at the time of order. The benefit applies to your Business Priority Banking Gold Checking Account only.
- To receive the discount you must be a Business Priority Banking Gold Checking Account customer at the time of rental or at the time of each annual renewal. The annual rent must be prepaid and automatically deducted from a First Hawaiian Bank account. Subject to box availability. Limit of one safe deposit box ("SDB") per Business Priority Banking Checking Account. You must be an owner of the SDB. The SDB contents are not insured by First Hawaiian Bank, the FDIC, or any other government agency. For existing SDB customers, the discount will not be prorated and will apply upon the next billing.
- The monthly service charge will be automatically waived for one MaxiMizer account that is an Associated Account.

If you have a qualifying BFL account with us, you will not be charged the annual fee for the first year. Preferred rate of 0.25% off the margin of the variable rate (discount does not apply to fixed introductory rates). Subject to credit approval. The preferred rate does not apply to Business FirstLine Plus accounts or existing BFLs. The new BFL must qualify as an Associated Account. To receive the discount, you must identify be a Business Priority Banking Gold Checking Account customer when you submit your application. Valid only if you and we agree to these terms in writing as part of your BFL agreement(s), and continue so long as you maintain your Business Priority Banking Gold Checking Account and eligible BFL account in good standing with us.
