At First Hawaiian Bank we take protecting your information very seriously. In addition to your Username and Password, we utilize 128-bit SSL encryption security and Intelligent AuthenticationTM, combining user history with authentication features such as Security Questions and Out-of-Band Authentication to protect your accounts.

What is Out-of-Band Authentication?
Out-of-Band Authentication (OOBA), otherwise known as phone verification, is a secondary method we use to verify your identity when we detect and unusual login behavior such as a new IP address or geo-location. During enrollment, you will add a phone number to your security profile. When we detect an anamolous login, our system asks to send a one-time passcode to a phone number on your security profile via voice call or SMS, which you will need to enter back into the site.

Interactive Video Player Popmoney
Need to pay back a friend for dinner, send money to a child at college or pay your landlord for rent? Try Popmoney, our convenient Person-to-Person (P2P) payment service. Popmoney is included with Online Bill Pay2 and there are no transaction fees for the service. The service also features next-day payments and new limits, which you can access via FHB Online and the FHB Mobile app. Popmoney can be accessed by clicking the Pay People link. Enroll Today
To enroll for Bill Payment, login to FHB Online or FHB Mobile, click the Pay Bills or Payments link in the navigation, and read and accept the Terms and Conditions.  You will then be able to access both the Bill Pay and Popmoney features.

Online Bill Payment and Popmoney services are free for Secure Checking, Complete Checking and Priority Banking Level 1, 2 and 3 customers, and $5.99 per month for all other personal customers. New users of the Bill Pay service receive a 2 month free trial.
