Financial Relief Information for Customers living on Guam and Saipan 

    Fee Waivers for residents of Saipan

    • ATM Fees:  ATM fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through June 30, 2026, including those charged by other financial institutions, will be automatically waived or refunded. 
    • Late Fees:  Late fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through June 30, 2026 on applicable accounts, including loans, credit cards, and lines of credit, will be automatically waived or refunded.

    • ATM Fees: Customers may request waivers or refunds for ATM fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through June 30, 2026, including surcharges from other institutions.
    • Late Fees: Customers may request waivers or refunds for Late Fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through June 30, 2026 on applicable accounts, including loans, credit cards, and lines of credit.
