Financial Relief Information for Customers living on Guam and Saipan
- ATM Fees: ATM fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through April 30, 2026, including those charged by other financial institutions, will be automatically waived or refunded.
- Late Fees: Late fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through June 30, 2026 on applicable accounts, including loans, credit cards, and lines of credit, will be automatically waived or refunded.
- ATM Fees: Customers may request waivers or refunds for ATM fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through April 30, 2026, including surcharges from other institutions.
- Late Fees: Customers may request waivers or refunds for Late Fees incurred from April 13, 2026 through June 30, 2026 on applicable accounts, including loans, credit cards, and lines of credit.
- Eligible customers may request payment deferrals for up to three (3) months for consumer loans, auto loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
- For all other products, please submit a request and a member of our team will contact you for next steps and any additonal documentation that may be needed.
- All Guam and Saipan customers with a loan, line of credit, and/or a credit card account will have their credit reports updated to reflect that they were affected by a natural/declared disaster.
