Every comment and survey question answered could help us understand how we can continue to improve your experience and the experience for others.
What should I expect if I get an email to take the online survey?
In this survey, you'll be asked to rate aspects of your interaction with the FHB employee, such as how knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly he or she was, and of course, how satisfied you were with your overall experience. There will also be an opportunity to provide open-ended comments within the survey where you can explain your rating or express any other thoughts you had about your experience. The survey can be easily completed anywhere with internet access, including on your smartphone or on your desktop computer.
