Schedule one-time and recurring transfers & payments

  • Manage and pay bills with Online Bill Payment2 and eBills
  • Use Popmoney2 to send money to family and friends with just an email address, phone number or bank account number
  • Use Internal Transfers3 to transfer money between your FHB accounts
  • External Transfers3 allows you to transfer money between your FHB accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions. This includes paying an FHB credit card, mortgage or line of credit from your accounts at other banks.

HELPFUL HINTS

  • Login Assistance: If you forgot your username or your password, click on the “Trouble logging in?” link on the login screen. Then select the Recover User ID or Reset Password option.

  • Travel Tips: When traveling, the FHB Mobile app is  a great way to access your accounts. FHB Mobile uses Security Questions to verify your identity.

  • Updates: Ensure you have the most current version of the mobile app to take advantage of the latest security and feature enhancements available. The FHB Mobile app will let you know if there is a more current app version available for download.

  • What is Mobile Web and what can I do?

    You can log in to FHB Online at online.fhb.com using your mobile device’s web browser to access the full functionality of FHB Online.

    If you would like to make a mobile deposit or find a branch/ATM, we recommend downloading the FHB Mobile app from your device’s app store. You can log in to the FHB Mobile app using the same username and password that you use for FHB Online.

  • I am not enrolled for FHB Online, can I still use FHB Mobile Banking?

    Yes, FHB customers not enrolled for FHB Online can register for digital banking services via the FHB Mobile app. Simply download the FHB Mobile app from your device app store, select "Enroll" from the login screen and follow the on-screen instructions. You must have an eligible FHB checking or credit card account to enroll. Customers with other account types can visit an FHB Branch for manual enrollment options.

  • Are my Mobile Banking transactions secure?

    Yes, the mobile banking service utilizes best practices from FHB Online, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, and strong passwords and multi-factor authentication. No account data is stored on your phone. And in the event your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either managing your mobile devices in FHB Online or calling us at 643-4343 (1-888-643-4343 from the Continental U.S., Guam, and CNMI).

  • What is Text Banking and how do I set it up?

    Text banking allows you to receive your account balances, recent transactions and branch and ATM locations via SMS text message. To enable your device for Text Banking or to receive text Alerts, you must add your device manually to the Mobile Banking Center in FHB Online. View instructions

  • What are the System Requirements?

    The FHB Mobile app is available for many smartphones and tablets including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. For mobile deposit, auto-focus must be supported on your device.

  • When is Mobile Banking available?

    In general, Mobile Banking is available day or night, 7 days a week. The system may not be available between 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 1:00 a.m. on Sundays Hawaii Standard Time for routine maintenance. There may also be periods of unscheduled maintenance. You can view upcoming maintenance information by tapping on the Notices icon in the FHB Mobile app or at this link.
