Take your digital experience on the road with our new Mobile Banking app. With FHB Mobile, you get the convenience and security of FHB Online from almost anywhere. Some of the new mobile features include:

Go Mobile icon Instant Balance Quickly and securely check account balances on your mobile device without logging in. This is an optional feature and that allows you to choose which accounts to display.
Popmoney icon Popmoney Send money to friends and family via email or mobile phone with Popmoney, available in the FHB Mobile app.
Touch identification icon Touch ID Login to FHB Mobile with TouchID on supported iPhones®.
With the FHB Mobile app, you can Deposit Checks—up to $5,000 daily—and conveniently and securely access your eligible FHB accounts anywhere/anytime.

Did you know? The FHB Mobile app and Mobile Web app are great alternatives for accessing your accounts when traveling abroad or any other time when you may be unable to access your device registered for phone verification. FHB Mobile uses Security Questions to verify your identity.

How to Get Started
Simply download the FHB Mobile app from your device app store and login. For a direct link, select the button from the menu to the right that matches your device type. If you are already enrolled for FHB Online, you can login with your existing credentials. If you are not enrolled, you can enroll directly through the FHB Mobile app. You will need an eligible FHB checking account or credit card to enroll and your SSN.

System Requirements
The mobile application is available for many smartphones and tablets including the iPhone®, iPad®, and AndroidTM devices. For mobile deposit, your device must have a rear-facing camera with autofocus.

Operating System: iOSTM 8 and later. Pleast note: Support for iOS 8 will be discontinued in October 2017.
Supported Devices: iPhone 4S and later, iPad 2 and later, iPad mini and later

Android Phone/Tablet
Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat) and later
Supported Devices: Various

If you are experiencing issues with the mobile app please verify that your device is supported and your operating system is up-to-date. If the problem persists, contact customer service at 643-4343 (1-888-643-4343 from Guam, CNMI and the Continental U.S.) for assistance.

Text Banking and Mobile Alerts
To enable your device for Text Banking or to receive text Alerts, you must add your device manually to the Mobile Banking Center.
  1. Log in to FHB Online
  2. In the upper right, select the "mobile" link
  3. Select "Add New Device". Please note: you may see your device already listed by name if you have previously installed the FHB Mobile app, however you will not be able to use Text Banking or receive mobile Alerts until you also add your device's phone number to the list.
  4. Under "Other Services" add your device's phone number to enable your device Text Banking and mobile Alerts and select "Continue"
  5. Check the boxes for the services you which to use and select the "Continue" button.
    • Mobile Browser - This will a unique link to our Mobile Web application that can only be used by the registered device. See below for a description of our Mobile Web App.
    • Text Messaging - This will enable your registered mobile device to send and receive text banking SMS messages.
    • Alerts - This will enable your mobile device to receive banking alerts.
  6. An SMS activation code will be sent to your mobile device, which you will need to enter in the Mobile Banking Center to complete your device registration.
  7. If you wish to modify mobile banking services for your device, simply return to the Mobile Banking Center and use the drop down menu choose your desired action.
FHB Mobile Web Application
The FHB Mobile Web Application is version of our FHB Mobile App that can be access from mobile and PC browsershttps://mobile.fi-apps.com/FIHB/webkit/This will allow you access a limited set of online banking features including:
  • Viewing account balances
  • Viewing recent account history
  • Transferring funds between your FHB accounts
  • Locating FHB Branches and ATMs
  • Sending Bill Pay or Popmoney payments to your existing payees (if you are enrolled for these services)
Please note: This Web App is compatible with screen reader applications. Mobile check deposit is not available through the Mobile Web App.
