Getting Started with FHB Mobile


Enroll for Online & Mobile1 Banking

If you are not yet enrolled in FHB Online®, you can enroll directly through the FHB Mobile app. You will need an FHB personal checking account or only have a credit card account, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a social security number to enroll. If you do not have all of the required items, please complete a manual enrollment form.

Instant Balance

Tap the "Instant Balance" button on the FHB Mobile app login screen to quickly and securely check account balances without having to login.


Setup Instant Balance

  • Login to the FHB Mobile app
  • Click on the "More" tab and select "Instant Balance Settings"
  • Turn ON instant Balance and select the accounts you would like to display
  • Click Save

Fingerprint & Facial Authentication2

Login to the FHB Mobile app using facial or fingerprint authentication on supported iPhone®, iPad® and AndroidTM devices. For security purposes, you may still be required to enter a password prior to completing certain types of transactions.


Setup Fingerprint & Face ID

  • Login to the FHB Mobile app
  • Click on the "More" tab and select "Touch ID" or "Face ID"
  • Turn ON Touch ID or Face ID

FHB Mobile App FAQs

  • Which mobile devices are supported for the Mobile Application?

    The mobile application is available for many smartphones and tablets including the iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. For mobile deposit, auto-focus must be supported on your device.

    iPhone/iPadYour email address and mobile phone number are required as part of the sign up process. You will need to verify the email address we have on file is correct. If it is incorrect, please close the window and click “Update Email Address” under the “Settings” link to update your email address. After confirming your email address, return to the “Popmoney” tab on the Payment Center and you will also be asked to provide a mobile phone number as part of the sign up process.

    If you are experiencing issues with the mobile app please contact customer service at 643-4343 (1-888-643-4343 from Guam, CNMI and the Continental U.S.) to verify that your device is supported.

  • Are my transactions secure?

    Yes, our downloadable applications utilize best practices from FHB Online, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, strong passwords and multi-factor authentication. In addition, no account data is stored on your device. And in the event your device is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either going online to the Mobile Banking website or calling us at 643-4343 (1-888-643-4343 from the Continental U.S., Guam, and CNMI).
