Small Business Entitlements

Control what employees and others can access within your company’s accounts.

Manage account access

Entitlements are included with FHB Online Business Banking[[#1]] and allows you to grant individuals (or sub-users) controlled access to selected accounts of your choosing. You can add, remove, or change entitlements at any time. There are three levels of sub-user access for each individual account:

  • No Access – This will hide the account from the user’s view
  • View Access – The user can view the account but cannot make any changes or create any transactions
  • Full Access – Allows the user to view account information and process internal transfers and eBill payments
