- The internet at FHB.com (link to apply)
- Call 643-CARD (Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands may call 1-800-215-4149)
- Any First Hawaiian Bank Branch.
- Q: Do I need a First Hawaiian Bank account to get a Business Credit Card?

No. A First Hawaiian Bank relationship is not required to apply/qualify for a Business Credit Card account.
- Q: After I apply, when will I receive my Business Card?

A:
If you are approved, card(s) will be mailed 7 to 10 business days after your application has been processed. Additional cards will be mailed in separate envelopes.
- Q: How do I add a cardholder to my account?

The Business Owner may contact his/her First Hawaiian Bank branch of account.
- Q: How do I request a credit line increase?

The Business Owner may contact his/her First Hawaiian Bank branch of account.
- Q: Where do I send my monthly payments?

Payments may be dropped off at any First Hawaiian Bank branch or mailed to the following address:

Yes. You may pay online at FHB.com or set up Automatic Payment from your FHB Business Checking account.
- Q: What happens if one of my employees or I lose a credit card?

As soon as you realize that your card has been lost, contact us in Hawaii at 808-847-4444 or 1-800-342-2778 (Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands or Continental U.S. may call 1-800-342-2778). A replacement card will be mailed to you.
- Q: What do I do if I suspect that there has been an unauthorized transaction on my Business Card?
