The mobile application allows you to perform your banking via an application designed specifically for your phone. With the mobile application, you can perform the following functions:

  • View account balances.
  • View recent account activity and perform searches up to 90 days in the past.
  • Deposit checks.
  • Initiate single transfers to and from your First Hawaiian accounts.
  • Schedule single payments to payees you have already established within FHB Online.
  • View/cancel upcoming and recent bill payments.
  • Locate ATMs and FHB branches, including nearby ATM/branches using the built-in GPS capability on your phone (if applicable).
Q: How do I install the Mobile Application on my device?

You can download the Mobile Application for free by following the below steps:

  • Typing the following URL into your phone’s browser: https://m.fhb.com
  • You will then be brought to a page with a Download link. Click this link to download the application.
  • When finished, you will be notified that the download completed.
  • After launching the application for the first time, you may be asked to give permission to access the data network. You will need to grant permission in order to proceed.
Q: Which mobile devices are supported for the Mobile Application?

The mobile application is available on many smartphones including iPhone, iPad and Android. Click here for a list of supported devices. For mobile deposit, auto-focus must be supported on your device.

Q: Are my transactions secure?

Yes, our downloadable applications utilize best practices from FHB Online, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, and password access and application time-out when your device is not in use. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your device. And in the event your device is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either going online to the Mobile Banking website or calling us at 643-4343 (1-888-643-4343 from the Continental U.S., Guam, and CNMI).

FHB Online for iPad allows you to perform your banking via an application designed specifically for your iPad or iPad mini. With the mobile application, you can perform the following functions:

  • View account balances, including money management charts.
  • View recent account activity and perform searches up to 90 days in the past.
  • Initiate single transfers to and from your First Hawaiian accounts.
  • Schedule single payments to payees you have already established within FHB Online.
  • View/cancel upcoming and recent bill payments.
  • Find nearby branches and ATMs by GPS, zip code or address.
Q: How do I install FHB Online® for iPad® on my device?
A:

You can download FHB Online for iPad by visiting the App Store from your device and searching for FHB or First Hawaiian Bank. Select FHB Online® for iPad® and select install to download the app onto your device.

Q: How much does FHB Online® for iPad® cost?
A:

FHB Online for iPad is available for FREE to all personal and business customers enrolled in the FHB Online service. However, there may be charges associated with data usage on your device. Check with your wireless carrier for more information.
