  • View account balances.
  • View recent account activity and perform searches up to 90 days in the past.
  • Deposit checks.
  • Initiate single transfers to and from your First Hawaiian accounts.
  • Schedule single payments to payees you have already established within FHB Online.
  • View/cancel upcoming and recent bill payments.
  • Locate ATMs and FHB branches, including nearby ATM/branches using the built-in GPS capability on your phone (if applicable).
Q: How do I install the Mobile Application on my device?

You can download the Mobile Banking App for free by following the steps below for your device:

iPhone and iPad users:

  • Go to the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Search for "FHB Mobile Banking" (iPhone) or "FHB Online for iPad" (iPad).
  • Download and install the application.
  • Log in using your FHB Online username and password.

Android Phone/Tablet users:

  • Go to the Google Play store on your Android phone or tablet.
  • Search for "FHB Mobile Banking" (phone) or "FHB Mobile" (tablet).
  • Download and install the application.
  • Log in using your FHB Online username and password.

Kindle Fire HD users:

  • Select "Apps" from the Kindle Fire HD home screen.
  • Tap on "Store" in the upper right-hand corner.

Q: Which mobile devices are supported for the Mobile Application?

The mobile application is available on many smartphones and tablets including the iPhone, iPad, Android devices and the Kindle Fire HD. Click here for a list of supported devices. For mobile deposit, auto-focus must be supported on your device.

Q: How much does the mobile banking app cost?

The mobile banking app is available for FREE to all personal and business customers enrolled in the FHB Online service. However, there may be charges associated with data usage on your device. Check with your wireless carrier for more information.

Q: Are my transactions secure?

Yes, our downloadable applications utilize best practices from FHB Online, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, and password access and application time-out when your device is not in use. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your device. And in the event your device is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either going online to the Mobile Banking website or calling us at 643-4343 (1-888-643-4343 from the Continental U.S., Guam, and CNMI).
