Getting Started with MoneyMap

Ready to get started?

Enrolling in online banking is easy and takes just a few minutes.


    There is no cost to use FHB Online & Mobile Banking service for personal customers. However, you may be assessed fees if you choose to use these additional services within online & mobile banking: 

    • Online Bill Pay: Free for Priority Banking and Complete Checking customers, and Pure Checking customers with a minimum direct deposit of $500 per month. Online Bill Pay is $5.99/month for all others. You may unenroll at any time by logging into your FHB Online account and clicking on Settings then "Unenroll for Bill Pay".
    • Fees associated with expedited payments will be shown prior to processing your payment. Same-Day (electronic) payments are $9.95 per payment and Overnight (paper) payments are an additional $14.95 per payment.
    • eStatements: There is no charge to view eStatements.  However, there is a $5 monthly fee if you choose to continue receiving both paper statements and eStatements for your checking or savings account.

    All other features of FHB Online & Mobile Banking are included for no additional cost.

    Business customers should see our FHB Online Business Banking page for information regarding business access. 

      You can access the following personal accounts through FHB Online: Checking, Savings, Money Market/ MaxiMizer, Certificate of Deposit, Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Credit Card, Mortgage, Personal Loan, Personal Line of Credit (Personal FirstLine), Home Equity Line of Credit (Home Equity FirstLine), Overdraft Protection (Yes-Check), Trust, Investment and  Insurance accounts. 

      Your FHB Trust, Investment, and Insurance accounts will be displayed on the FHB Online account summary page. However, you cannot transact on your wealth management accounts via FHB Online. For assistance with transactions, please contact your Account Officer.

      Business users can access Business Checking, Business Savings, MaxiMizer, Certificate of Deposit, Business Credit Card and Business FirstLine accounts.

        A Secure Access Code (SAC) is a method we use to verify your identity. Our system will ask to send a Secure Access Code to your phone number or email address on your profile and you will need to enter this code in order to proceed.  

        You have the ability to add multiple phone numbers and email addresses for security verification. To do this go to "Settings" then "Security Preferences" and select the "Secure Delivery" option.

        1. Basic online banking services including, account aggregation (connecting non-FHB accounts), transfers, mobile check deposit, eStatements, Zelle® and Direct Connect are free for personal customers. Additional fees may apply for optional services such as Online Bill Pay. Businesses may choose between FHB Online Business Basic, our free version, and FHB Online Business Banking, which includes Bill Pay, Zelle® and Entitlements and is $5.99/month (fee waived for Priority Banking customers).         2. When you enroll in eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements. If you choose to receive both paper and eStatements, a fee of $5 will be imposed each month per checking and savings account.
        3. To use eBills you must have a FHB checking account and be enrolled in FHB Online Bill Pay with a biller/payee that offers eBills. Enrollment in Online Bill Pay, may cause you to incur additional fees. See the Terms & Conditions for more details about digital banking services and applicable fees. To unenroll from the Bill Pay service, log in to your FHB Online account and go to Settings then select "Unenroll from Bill Pay".
        4. To view accounts from another financial institution, you must have online access set up at that institution.
        5. Restrictions may apply. You can only transfer money between your own bank accounts at FHB or between your FHB accounts and your own accounts at other financial institutions. You must be 18 years or older to use External Transfer services. See Terms and Conditions of FHB Online Services for details.
        6. Personal customers enrolling for Online Bill Pay must be 18 years or older and may incur additional fees. FHB Online Business Banking includes Bill Pay and Zelle®. Business Online Basic users that enroll in Bill Pay will be automatically upgraded to Business Online Banking. See Terms and Conditions of FHB Online Services for details.
        7. Must have a U.S. bank account and mobile number to use Zelle®. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle®. Personal customers enrolling for Zelle® must be 18 years or older. Business customers must be enrolled in FHB Online Business Banking to use Zelle®. To send or receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution's online or mobile banking experience.
