- Q: When is Online Banking available?
In general, Online Banking is available day or night, 7 days a week. The system may not be available between 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 1:00 a.m. on Sundays Hawaii Standard Time for routine maintenance. There may also be periods of unscheduled maintenance.
- Q: What if I have questions about FHB Online, Online Banking or Online Payment?
If you need immediate attention, such as technical issues, stopping a payment on a Paper Check, reporting a lost or stolen card, or reporting an unauthorized transaction from one of your Accounts, call us at 844-4444 (or 1-888-844-4444 from the Continental U.S., Guam, and CNMI).
For all other inquiries, please contact us through the Message section of your FHB Online service and we will respond within a few business days.

- Q: What is First Hawaiian's email policy?
We send two basic types of email to our customers:
FHB Online Information — We use secured messages to send FHB Online information, including answers to questions about your account, and other legal correspondence, such as new terms and conditions related to your account. We will send you these important messages regardless of your email preferences — you cannot opt out of messages regarding the FHB Online service or your FHB Online account.
Special promotions — We may also use email to send customers special offers or discounts on FHB products and services that we think you would find valuable. If you prefer to stop receiving these special offer emails, you can submit an opt-out request that will be made available to you whenever we send you a special offer email.
