- Q: When is Online Banking available?
In general, Online Banking is available day or night, 7 days a week. The system may not be available between 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 1:00 a.m. on Sundays Hawaii Standard Time for routine maintenance. There may also be periods of unscheduled maintenance. View upcoming scheduled maintenances.
- Q: What if I have questions about FHB Online, Online Banking or Online Payment?
If you need immediate attention, such as technical issues, stopping a payment on a Paper Check, reporting a lost or stolen card, or reporting an unauthorized transaction from one of your Accounts, call us at 844-4444 (or 1-888-844-4444 from the Continental U.S., Guam, and CNMI).
For all other inquiries, please contact us through the Message section of your FHB Online service and we will respond within a few business days.
